From an early age, my passion for coaching and dance was ignited. I find great joy in assisting individuals with their fitness journeys, whether it be through teaching dance, helping them reach their fitness goals, providing accountability coaching, or supporting them in staying on track. My mission is to inspire others to reach their full potential and live the healthiest, happiest lives possible.

DANCE
I lead and create the artistic vision for our performances. My role involves conceptualizing and designing the choreography, as well as coaching and guiding the performers to execute it with precision and excellence.
FITNESS
As part of my coaching services, I incorporate footwork drills for my tennis player client. By focusing on specific footwork techniques and exercises, I aim to improve her overall performance and help them achieve their goals.
ACCOUNTABILITY
I have been providing dance lessons to a 43-year-old mother. She has also requested my services as an accountability and fitness coach. As her coach, I support and motivate her in achieving her fitness goals, while also holding her accountable to ensure she stays on track.
